About This Course

HR professionals play a key role in attracting and retaining employees, and an important factor is the development and implementation of total rewards packages regarding compensation and benefits. In this course, participants will learn how total rewards align with the broader strategic HR management function, with a focus on how key elements of a complete employee benefits program can be fully integrated into a total compensation system. The course also examines evolving benefits trends, pay transparency practices, and equity auditing to ensure organizations maintain competitive, fair, and compliant total rewards strategies.

The Learning Environment

The course is delivered remotely, with a blend of synchronous and asynchronous activities. Virtual live sessions provide opportunities to engage with the instructor and other students in real-time and self-paced activities give students the chance to work through content on their own schedule.
