Ivy O’Neal is a Center for Public Service Fellow. She currently serves as the Capstone Advisor and Instructor within the Executive Master of Public Administration program. Additionally, Ivy works with visiting scholars from South Korea as the Research Coordinator for the Seoul Metropolitan Government Professional Development Program. Ivy holds her Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the University of Oregon and her Master of Education Policy (M.Ed.) from the University of Washington. She has studied architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark, language and dance in Havana, Cuba, and is both a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED) and EcoDistricts accredited professional. Most recently Ivy was working on her Doctorate in Public Administration and Policy at Portland State University. A creative and strategic thinker with keen attention to detail, Ivy brings experience in design, experiential education, and policy studies to her roles.
