Eric Schmidt-Chen, Provisional Licensee

Eric graduated with a JD from Willamette School of Law and is pursuing an alternate pathway to Oregon attorney licensure. At SLS, he is completing the requirements of his licensure by supporting clients with Family Law, Consumer, and Housing Matters.

Magdalena Castillo, Legal Assistant

Magda is an undergraduate student at PSU's Honors College pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice, minoring in Law & Legal Studies. In their free time, Magda is a Senator for ASPSU and a radio DJ at PSU's student-run radio station.

Abbee Mortensen, Law Clerk
Abbee is a PSU alum and current Lewis & Clark law student. They hope to use their law degree to improve access to justice for low-income communities. Abbee enjoys dancing, watching films, and exploring the PNW with her partner and their companion animals.

Zenora Lojkovic Burris, Law Clerk

Zenora is a third-year law student at Willamette University. Zenora is interested in resolving landlord-tenant issues and in helping people with immigration quandaries. She revels in playing board games, eating popcorn, and taking non-strenuous hikes.  

Olivia Wohrle, Legal Assistant

Olivia is an undergraduate student in PSU’s Honors College majoring in Political Science and minoring in Law & Legal Studies. Olivia serves on PSU’s Student Health Advisory Board (SHAB) and in her spare time enjoys learning chess at home with her two cats.

Joan Eli C., Legal Assistant

Joan Eli is a master's student at PSU studying Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. In their free time, they can be found baking and reading way too many books. 

Alex Sherred, Law Clerk

Alex is a 2L at Willamette University College of Law. He is a PSU alumnus, a former SLS intern and participant in the Explore the Law program. Alex believes that the skills he learns in law school and at SLS will help him achieve his dream of assisting others.
