Please note: We are experiencing record-high appointment requests at this time. Processing time for new requests is typically 3+ business days. Please indicate in your request any reason for specific time-sensitivity in your matter, such as a court date or immediate concerns for safety, as we process time-sensitive matters as quickly as possible.
What to expect after submitting your request:
After your form is received, our team will review your eligibility and conduct required conflict checks. While we cannot guarantee an appointment with a legal staff member, you may expect to hear from us within 2-3 business days of submitting your request.
We may contact you for one of the following reasons:
- To ask for additional information needed to complete our review.
- To schedule an appointment if your case is something we can help with.
- To share referral resources tailored to your request and legal practice area if we are unable to assist.
You may receive a call from our staff to clarify information needed to complete our conflict checks. Calls from our office come from a private number for confidentiality reasons.
