If you are a student paying on your own account:

To pay a bill via the Web, go to Banweb, log on to your PSU account and follow the prompts for Web Payment.

Students have three options for paying tuition and fees online:

  • 1. Pay online through PSU ePay using your credit or debit card.

  • CashNet® SmartPay will assess a service charge of 2.75% for the merchant fee cost of making a credit or debit card payment. The fee will be displayed for your review and acceptance before the payment is processed.

  • 2. If you are making a payment using E-Check:

Want to make an online payment without incuring service charges? Pay with e-check! Students can now pay electronically through their bank account with PSU ePay e-check. Simply enter the bank account and bank-specific routing number, and the funds will be deducted directly from their bank account. This service is free of charge.

  • 3. To authorize someone else to pay on your account:

Students may authorize a parent or other party to pay on their account by logging in to Banweb.

Next, students should navigate to the Student Services tab, then the Student Accounts link and select "Make      a Payment," then continue to the CashNet site.

On the lower left side of the screen, there will be a box listing students' third-party payers and providing the      option to add a new payer. Click on the link and follow the prompts to authorize your new payer.

If you are a non-student paying on a student's account:

Students may authorize parents or other parties to access their PSU ePay account and make payments on their behalf by creating PINs for them. To access your student's account please ask your student to set up a third party PIN for you via Banweb. Please see above for details.
