We are happy to announce that Lincoln Luna has been hired as Research Analyst II in the Regional Research Institute.

Lincoln started working for PSU in March of 2022 as a Research Interviewer.

Lincoln has experience in both clinical and nonclinical research. Before coming to Portland State, Lincoln worked for a youth nonprofit where he ran a peer mentoring program. He is trained in crisis intervention, and volunteers with an organization that provides immediate Emotional First Aid to survivors and their families after a tragedy.

Lincoln is especially interested in community engaged research. He is passionate about creating relationships with organizations and community members to guide change. He loves people, data, and spreadsheets and is very grateful that research has all three.

Lincoln is a native Texan and Oregon transplant. Outside of work, He spends his time making art, writing, and playing the latest video or tabletop game. He plays roller derby on the Rose City Rollers' Wreckers. He has three cats: Chopstick, Noodle, and Bento Box.

Please join me in welcoming Lincoln to the School of Social Work in this new role!
