Jennifer Schieb Hired as Early Childhood Field Placement Development Specialist

We are happy to announce that Jennifer Scheib has been hired as an Early Childhood Field Placement Development Specialist at the School of Social Work.

Jennifer first arrived at PSU as an MSW Supervisor in 2015. She has been an Adjunct Professor (girlpower senior capstone) and contracted offsite as an MSW supervisor.

Prior to PSU Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working with children birth to 5 years old and their families. She has an AA in Early Childhood Education, a BSW with a focus on children and families, a minor in Women's Studies, and a Community Based MSW with a focus on program development.

Her primary areas of interest are infant toddler brain development, Anti-racist anti-oppressive practice, Re-indegenization, decolonization, and collective healing.

Outside of work she enjoys adventuring in nature with her kiddo and dog. She loves art, home projects, trying new restaurants with friends and attending therapy weekly.
