Explore Fire Prevention & Life Safety Laboratory Safety EHS serves the PSU laboratory and research community through various programs. These programs and services help facilitate a safe work environment. Explore Lab Safety Safety Training EHS provides safety training to PSU employees. Our training program enhances the understanding of worker health and safety responsibilities and occupational accident prevention. Explore Safety Training Waste Management EHS manages biohazardous, hazardous chemical, radiological, and universal waste at PSU. Much of this waste is recycled, when possible, and always in accordance with applicable disposal and storage regulation. Explore Waste Management Safety Committees EHS provides administrative support to the Campus Safety Committee, oversees the Facilities & Construction Safety Committee, and is available to provide support to a number of other, smaller safety-oriented committees on campus.
