What We Do

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) manages and implements safety programs for PSU students, staff and faculty.  These programs include laboratory safety and mutliple worker safety programs governed by Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (OR-OSHA). EHS strives to reduce worker injuries and illnesses by conducting safety assessments, investigating concerns and providing safety training.  EHS manages various regulated wastes to ensure PSU compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
