Postdoctoral scholars are highly valued members of the research community at Portland State University. This page provides resources for current postdoctoral scholars and resources for those seeking to hire postdocs (via the Office of Human Resources). One of these resources is the Individual Development Plan (IDP). Postdoctoral scholars and their supervisors must submit a completed IDP to Research & Graduate Studies (via email to: research@pdx.edu) within three months of a postdoc's appointment date.
