All-Day Workshop
A day of master classes, lectures, workshops and more with PSU faculty members Barbara Heilmair (clarinet), Mark Pipes (saxophone), and Ed Protzman (director of bands). Students, community members, and professionals are welcome to register for this all-day event, which culminates in a joint concert that is free and open to the public.
The all-day workshop costs $30. Payments of cash or check will be accepted at the door on the day of the event. Participants need to register for the event ahead of time using this registration link.
Concerts
11:00 AM - The public is invited to join the event participants for the free, world premiere concert of “Beyond The Red Carpet,” by Nicole Buetti, performed by the trio s’Zwitscherl, an ensemble featuring musicians from three different nations (Switzerland, Germany and Japan). Learn more.
2:00 PM, This day of learning will culminate with participants applying all that they've learned for their reed instruments in a combined concert for the public. Learn more.
