Noon Concert Series: Percussion Area Recital

The PSU Percussion Ensemble presents a chamber music program for percussion instruments, including works with film projection. The program includes works by Garth Neustadter, with film projection by Kjell van Sice; Caroline Shaw; Anthony Chmielewski; John Psathas; Luis Rivera; and David Lang, with animation by PSU first-year percussionist Addi Mickalauskas. Two of the works in this program will be recorded in Spring term for audio and video release through Portland's Tapspace Publications.

The Noon Concert Series is a weekly opportunity to experience the sounds of the PSU School of Music & Theater. Join us on Thursdays during Fall, Winter and Spring terms for a diverse program of concerts featuring students, faculty and special guests.
