Make Our Garden Grow: Chamber Choir and Alumni 50th Anniversary Celebration

This month, fifty years after its creation, the PSU Chamber Choir is celebrating its golden anniversary by gathering its many alumni blossoms into one stunning bouquet of a concert. Under the direction of Dr. Ethan Sperry and guest alumni conductors, and with a special guest performance of the acclaimed soloist and Chamber Choir alum Jimmie Herrod, Make Our Garden Grow brings together alumni and current members in the largest reunion of the ensemble in our history. With selections that range from the luminous harmonies of Whitacre to the timeless beauty of Mendelssohn -- as well as perennial Chamber Choir favorites such as Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah -- this program is a celebration of music's nourishing power.
