One Book, One Coast: They Called Us Enemy Panel Discussion & Q&A

Join the PSU College of Education and the University Library for a compelling panel discussion centered on George Takei’s graphic memoir, They Called Us Enemy. As part of the "One Book, One Coast" initiative—the largest book club on the West Coast—this event explores the historical, psychological, and educational layers of the Japanese American incarceration experience.

Our panelists will peel back the layers of this history, focusing on local Oregon impacts and how we ensure these stories live on in our schools. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A.
