Professor Hall obtained his Ph.D. and MS at Portland State University and his BS degree from the University of New York at Albany. Dr. Hall is currently the Graduate Program Director for the ECE department at Portland State University. Dr. Hall's research interests are in the area of multi-computer architecture and engineering curriculum innovations.
