Frequently Asked Questions about this content How to Enter Your Service Request in DRC Online Each Term The service request is how you notify your instructors about your accommodations. Each term, you will enter your service request by following the steps below: Log in to DRC Online and use your PSU username and password to log in. Navigate to "Step 1" and check the boxes that correspond to the classes for which you need accommodations. Navigate to and select the "Step 2 Continue to Customize Your Accommodations" button. For each class, check the box that corresponds to each accommodation you want to use. Navigate to and select the "Submit Your Accommodation Requests" button.
