Kate is currently an MBA student at Portland State University. Before joining PSU she has been working in HR for three years, where she was responsible for a full-recruitment cycle of various tech positions. In her work Kate wants to help employees advocate for themselves and match them with the most suitable roles. Kate was born and raised in Kazakhstan, and got her Bachelors in Political Science from South Ural State University. In her free time she enjoys running, hiking and trying new recipes.
