Guest pianist Ronaldo Rolim performs works by Schubert, Revel, Chopin, and more, a program that beautifully balances his “consummate elegance” (New York Concert Review) with an energetic dynamism and fire.

Concert program includes:

  • Franz Schubert - Impromptu in A-flat major, D.935 No.2
  • Frederic Rzewski - Dreadful Memories (No.1 from North-American Ballads)
  • Enrique Granados - Goyescas: El fandango del candil and Quejas o la maja y el ruiseñor
  • Florence Price - Clouds
  • Maurice Ravel - Miroirs (selections): Oiseaux tristes and Alborada del gracioso
  • William Grant Still - Summerland (from Three Visions)
  • Fryderyk Chopin - Ballade No.3 in A-flat major, Op.47
