The purpose of these documents is to provide you, the public, assessment information about our MSW Program. This information comes to you per the direction of the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) Office of Social Work Accreditation. These two councils require that all MSW programs comply with the following CHEA accountability standard:
AS 4.0.4 – the program reports it most recent assessment outcomes to constituents and the public on its website and routinely updates (minimally every 2 years) these postings.
Although these surveys are not in tandem with the 2008 EPAS since we were reaccredited under the former standards, current efforts are underway to prepare for reaccreditation, scheduled for June, 2017. Thus, our reports are in keeping with the spirit of continuous self-assessment and will at a later date incorporate the recently established CSWE competencies and practice behaviors.
