Apply for Financial Aid Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for financial aid. If you are not eligible to submit the FAFSA, you can submit the Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA). Apply for Scholarships Use PSU Scholarship Universe to submit an application for the thousands of dollars in scholarships. By submitting an application, you will be considered for hundreds of PSU scholarship opportunities. Manage Your Financial Aid Once you’ve accepted your financial aid award, there are some things you’ll need to know and do to maintain your financial aid while at PSU. Manage Your Bill Billing statements are generated on the 16th of each month for every account with a balance. You can pay your bill in full at the beginning of each term or enroll in the PSU Payment Plan.
