COVID-19 Updated Services

Office Hours & Services

PSU Transportation & Parking Services is currently open with reduced customer service hours, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-3:00pm. In-person transactions are currently limited to sales and returns/exchanges of parking permits and transit passes. Payments and appeals for parking citations are available online via our website. Customer Requirements While in office:

  • Face mask or face covering required*
  • Maintain physical distancing
  • Limit of 3 people in TAPS lobby at all times
  • Guests who arrive with customers but are not conducting business, will be asked to wait outside

*A face mask or covering will be required to receive service. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, we will offer you a disposable face mask for your convenience.

Parking Updates

Parking Structure Closures

Due to COVID-19 and operation changes, parking structure availability will be limited as follows:

  • Parking Structure 1 (PS1): Levels 5-8 
  • Parking Structure 3 (PS3): Basement and levels 2-6
  • Ondine Garage: Upper Level
  • University Center Building (UCB): Basement
  • Fourth Ave Garage: Limited to permit parking only, no hourly/daily parking

Purchasing Permits

To keep our employees and customers at low risk, we are encouraging permit sales to be made online. Purchases will be processed within 1-2 business days and your new physical permit will be mailed to the address on your form response.

Employee Parking

Annual Employee Permit Purchases and Returns can be done online. If you would like to purchase a new parking permit for the 2020-2021 financial year, please complete the Employee Parking Permit Remote Purchase Form.

Student Parking

Students can purchase Fall Term and Annual permits remotely online via our online parking portal. Please visit out parking pages below for more information regarding permit options.

Transit Updates 

Student and Employee TriMet Viking Passes and C-TRAN Passes can be purchased fully online. If you have already been issued a PSU Hop Card, simply complete the purchase online and your Hop Card will be loaded with your new pass. If you do not yet have a PSU Hop Card, make your purchase online and your new Hop Card will be mailed to the address provided at checkout within 1-2 business days. Trimet Reduced Fare Program

TriMet is now able to verify your eligibility remotely on the TriMet website to help limit the number of customers in our office and the TriMet office downtown Portland.

**Note: If you face restrictions such as limited internet access and/or need to pay in cash, you will need to visit our office. We are open 10am-3pm Monday-Thursday.**
