Dr. Randi Petrauskas Harris will lead Academic Advising at PSU

The Search Committee has successfully completed the internal search for the next Associate Vice President of Academic Advising.  Dr Randi Petrauskas Harris will begin on April 1, 2024. 

Randi Harris has worked at PSU for almost 15 years in various roles, and most recently served as the Director of the Transfer & Returning Student Resource Center before accepting the position as the Associate Vice Provost for Academic Advising. She leads and collaborates on innovative projects and initiatives to enhance student learning, experience, and success. 

Harris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University, her Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership & Policy from Portland State University, and recently successfully defended her dissertation in partial fulfillment of her Doctorate in Postsecondary Leadership from Portland State in March 2024.
