John Hawley came to PSU in 2018 as the senior fiscal officer in charge of managing the budget and finances for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. John works with the Dean’s Office finance and administrative team to support the work of the College and the staff and faculty in our 24 departments.
John has spent most of his 33-plus professional work years managing budgets and finances in state, county, city, and non-profit organizations. John’s prior experience in higher education was a two-year stint at the University of Oregon managing finances for public safety, the American English Institute, and student government.
John loves the friendly and collegial work environment at PSU and strives to help support the success of the students, college, and broader PSU community.
