The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides assistance to individuals dealing with issues that affect your work, home, or family life. Use of the EAP is free and confidential. The program is available to you, your spouse, and eligible dependents.

Access to the EAP can be done face-to-face, over the phone, or online*. Through whichever method you choose, you'll have a confidential session with a licensed professional counselor who will help solve any problems or concerns you're having. PEBB works with Cascade Centers, Inc., to offer the EAP service.
