To calculate your total tuition bill, you will need to know how many IELP credits you will register for and how many degree-related credits you will register for. The baseline per credit rate for non-resident undergraduates at PSU is shown below, however, many programs at PSU charge different rates. Please consult the 2023-2024 tuition and fees table to determine the exact rate for your chosen department.

| Learning Center Lost Book Fine | $50 | Students who do not return IELP Learning Center books and materials by the end of term deadline will be charged a $50 lost book fine. These fees are used to replace Learning Center library holdings. |
