Woodburn Outlet Mall Shopping in Oregon is Tax-Free! While Oregon is famous for our natural beauty and local food, we are also well known for having no sales tax. All shopping in Oregon is tax-free! Many programs visit the Woodburn Outlet Mall to shop. Voodoo Donuts visit One of Portland's most famous places to visit! Students visit Voodoo Donuts as part of their introduction to the city of Portland and our culture. People in Portland love donuts (it goes well with our love of coffee)! Portland Farmer's Market Visit the largest Farmer's Market in the United States The Portland Farmer's Market is held on the Portland State University campus every Saturday, and is the largest farmer's market in the U.S. Taste local produce, artisanal foods, and fresh beverages.
