Cecilia Zabala is an Argentinian singer, guitarist, and composer celebrated for her unique blend of South American folk traditions, jazz, and contemporary classical music. With more than a dozen albums and international tours across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, Zabala’s performances weave together technical mastery and soulful expression.
Mario Díaz is a Peruvian-American guitarist and vocalist whose performances blend the classical tradition with the vibrant rhythms of Latin America. A protégé of renowned Brazilian guitarist and composer Sergio Assad, Díaz captivates audiences with music that celebrates his cultural heritage and global influences. In addition to his active performing career, Díaz serves on the music faculty at Portland State University.
CDZ Collegium Musica, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, enriches lives through live music performance, education, and cultural exchange. In addition to presenting a vibrant concert series across Oregon—at schools, colleges, cultural centers, and retirement communities—the Collegium offers music instruction, seminars, and community outreach programs.
