How to meet with an HSE Advisor:
Students in this Pathway, including Exploratory, are assigned to their advisor based on the major or pre-professional program. If you would like to request a different advisor than the one assigned to you, please fill out an Advisor Change Request form. If you change your major or pre-professional program, your new advisor will be updated within a week. Please note that if you are pursuing a pre-health track, you should meet with your pre-health advisor, regardless of your major.
Visit drop-in hours for quick questions or use our appointment portal to schedule a longer time. When scheduling, choose a modality (in-person, virtual or phone), then select a day from the calendar (green days have availability), and your desired time. Then continue to register your appointment and submit the form.
Current PSU Students: Use this option if you have an active PSU account. After logging in with your Odin account, you have the option to select your Assigned Advisor or choose "Other Academic Advisor" to view all advisors in the pathway.
Students returning after an absence: If you have been away from PSU and your account is not active, select "Prospective Student" to book an appointment. Select the modality, day, and time and continue to register your appointment. If you have any problems scheduling, call our office at 503-725-3822.
Students starting at PSU in a future term: You may meet with an HSE advisor or prior to your first term, but you must participate in New Student Orientation in order to register for your first term classes. Transfer students should also check out our Transfer Guides!
*Postbaccalaureate students majoring in Speech & Hearing Sciences may book a Zoom appointment with Jeff Conn in the SPHR Department using their online link. If these days/times don't work for you, email Jeff at connjc@pdx.edu with suggested days/times, and they may be able to set up a different appointment. NOTE: If you are a postbaccalaureate student in a different program, use the links below to identify the appropriate advisor.
