Certificate Track: Project Management

About This Course
For an experienced project manager, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI®) shows mastery of the fundamentals of project management and can give these professionals a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This PMP® exam prep course is designed to prepare students to successfully pass the rigorous PMP® certification exam. Students will review the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), receive coaching on studying for and taking the exam, take practice tests, and prepare a plan to successfully become a PMP®. In addition, this PMP® boot camp provides students with the required 35 hours of project management education in just four days.

What You’ll Learn

  • What to expect from the exam, including an overview of the:
    • Five Process Groups
    • Ten Knowledge Areas
    • Key PMBOK® guide definitions
  • Strategies to facilitate completion of the exam on the first try

Students should be familiar with the PMBOK® and have met the requirements to sit for the PMP® exam. This course is also suitable for preparing for the less rigorous but still challenging CAPM® exam.
