The Following Offices Serve the Career Development Needs of PSU Students & Alumni
Attending Career Fairs as an Employer
PSU is Oregon’s largest access institution and was ranked #1 in the Pacific Northwest on social mobility measures by US News and World Report in 2024. Our institution boasts 200+ undergraduate and 150+ graduate programs in a variety of disciplines.
Attending our Career Fairs is an excellent way to centralize your recruiting efforts and discuss your organization's internships, part-time jobs, and full-time opportunities with our students. Private, non-profit, and government organizations are encouraged to attend any of our Fairs during the academic year (i.e., Fall, Winter, and Spring). Our Fairs typically attract 450-700 students and alumni. To keep our focus on post-graduate education and employment, we only accept registrations from employers and PSU-affiliated graduate programs. To increase student interest and engagement, we encourage you to post your available positions on Handshake in advance of the Fair.
We value our employer partners and appreciate your investment in our students!
Career Week at PSU
Career Week is a quarterly, campus-wide week of high-impact career programming that connects students with employers, resources, and skill-building opportunities. Anchored by PSU’s quarterly Career Fairs, Career Week brings together panels, networking events, résumé reviews, and employer-led workshops—all concentrated into one easy-to-promote timeframe. It's a collaborative platform that's designed to celebrate the career education that's already happening across campus and amplify its reach through consistent, coordinated promotion.
