  1. Tomás Cotik, music faculty, published “A Fancy Bow Stroke: Mastering the 3+1 Ricochet” in American String Teacher; “Violinist Tomás Cotik on How to Produce Clear and Controlled Ricochet Bowing” in The Strand; and “Planning and Assessment of the Instrumental Lesson” in American Music Teacher.
  2. Julia Freybote, business faculty, published “The Importance of Micro-Location for Pricing Real Estate Assets: The Case of Hotels” in the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management. 
  3. Hollie Hix-Small, education faculty and program coordinator for the Early Childhood Intervention Program, co-authored “State of Early Intervention Services Provided and Needs of Early Childhood Special Education Professionals During COVID-19,” published in the Korean Journal of Early Special Education.
  4. Lindsey Smith, Institute on Aging graduate research assistant; Paula Carder, Institute on Aging director; Taylor Bucy, Institute on Aging graduate research assistant; and Jaclyn Winfree, Institute on Aging research analyst, co-authored “Connecting Policy to Licensed Assisted Living Communities, Introducing Health Services Regulatory Analysis” in Health Services Research.
  5. Jack Straton, physics and university studies faculty, had one of his photographs chosen to be part of BOUNDLESS, a national joint show curated by Art Fluent, in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, from Nov. 13 through Dec. 13.
