Rica Perez is a Partnerships Coordinator at ISS where she convenes and collaborates with partner organizations to achieve project goals and foster transformative outcomes. She has worked with the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management on its disaster resilience and mitigation plans for the past few years and recently joined the USGS-PSU Partnership (UPP) to manage its communications. On the weekends, you can find them rock climbing, spending time outdoors, reading/buying books at Powell's, and watching movies at a local theater.
