Courses may be taken individually and in any order unless otherwise noted. Four courses are required to complete either the Strategic Organizational Management or Change Management certificates. If pursuing a CEPE certificate, all courses in the certificate program must be completed within three years. Dr. Sarah Stebbins has over 20 years of experience that includes developing and delivering professional training programs, and organizational consulting. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, the federal government, universities, and diverse nonprofit organizations. Sarah has a PhD in Organizational Development from Oregon State University and holds certifications in Prosci Change Management and Fierce Conversations.
