About This Course
An organization and its value chain form a system made up of interdependent parts that comprise a complex whole. To enhance organizational effectiveness and value creation, leaders need to understand these connections and how actions in one part of an organization can affect other areas — intentionally and unintentionally.
In this course, students will learn the tools and vocabulary integral to a systems thinking approach, which can be used to gain insight into root causes of organizational challenges and generate effective organizational solutions over time. Additionally, students will implement these tools in real-world systems thinking cases.
