As PSU managers, supervisors and administrators, you are expected to fill a variety of roles around leading PSU staff. These roles range from recruiting, hiring and training new employees to ensuring your staff has access to individual training, performance feedback and development to improve skills needed at PSU.
In addition, you may need to assist staff in accessing resources for retirement, leaves of absence or other personal concerns effecting work. You will be the first contact should an employee choose to separate their employment, transfer or promote to other departments and / or leave the University based on your request.
