Margaret Banyan

Margaret E. Banyan, Ph.D serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Public Service at Portland State University. She has designed and implemented innovative projects, collaborative research initiatives, and multi-jurisdictional planning efforts; including developing a state-wide collaborative plan for cybersecurity and programs that build organizational capacity for public agencies. She has worked with a wide range of local governments, nonprofit organizations, and special districts conducting policy and organizational studies. She has published in Public Administration Review, Administrative Theory and Praxis, the Encyclopedia of Governance, and has authored several individual and joint book chapters.
