When are employee store passes available? 

Employee store invites are set by the stores at select times throughout the year. Each pass is available for one month, and you can check the discounts page to see if any passes are going on right now. 

I didn’t get the employee store email – can you resend it? 

Email alum@pdx.edu if you have yet to receive the invitation. Make sure you also have your Alumni Card so you can visit the store. 

Can I access the library? How? 

Read this page on the PSU Library website for information on accessing the building. Remember, you must show your Alumni Card as proof of your PSU alumni membership. 

How do I access the Campus Rec Center? 

Contact Campus Rec to schedule a visit and activate your membership. Remember, you must show your Alumni Card as proof of your PSU alumni membership.

Can I rent the Simon Benson House? 

The Simon Benson House is not available for rent at this time. You can visit the Campus Events webpage for information on other available spaces to book on campus. 

Can I access buildings on campus? 

While many buildings are only accessible to students and staff, some campus buildings are open to the public during the daytime from 9am to 5pm, such as Smith Memorial Student Union (at the Broadway entrance), Fariborz Maseeh Hall (at the Broadway entrance) and the Vanport Building. Viking Pavilion, Lincoln Hall and Smith also have special hours they are open for events. You can scroll down on this page to find more info on building hours

Can you provide degree/transcript information? 

You can order your official transcript from the Office of the Registrar.

How do I opt out of emails? 

You can click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or contact us at alum@pdx.edu

How do I connect with other alumni? 

We do not have a directory of all alumni available. Still, you can find classmates on PSU Works – the professional networking platform for the PSU community, or through social media platforms like LinkedIn. 

Can I keep my student email account after I graduate? 

Your ODIN student email account will be deactivated one year after finishing your last term of classes. Make sure to save all your files from your Google Drive since you will also lose access to those. Learn more here. Why am I no longer getting the Portland State Magazine? 

In the Fall of 2023, Portland State Magazine moved to a digital-only format. Want to receive it? Update your contact info here

I have questions about a particular event you promoted; who do I contact? 

If you have any questions about events hosted by the Alumni Association, you can contact us at alum@pdx.edu. For campus events at PSU, please contact the organizers of the event. 

How can I promote my business on the Alumni Association website and social channels? 

If you're an alum who owns a business, join the Alumni Business Network and have your business featured on our web directory.
