The Capital Project and Construction (CP&C) group performs all construction and renovation work on campus by overseeing the work of contractors, consultants and PSU crews.

This work is performed on new or existing buildings related to structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural systems.

The CP&C group is also responsible for the planning, execution and management of all capital construction projects and improvements on campus. Basic cartography and demographic study also fall within this realm. Our group updates campus and University District maps and accommodates growth needs due to increasing student enrollment and utilization of campus facilities.
