West Heating Plant Supplies Steam for heat and chilled water for air conditioning through a tunnel system to the Stott Center, Millar Library, Science Building One, Science Building Two, and the School of Extended Studies. It also contains an emergency power generator that feeds the Stott Center and Millar Library in the event of a power failure. This project demolished and replaced boilers and installed new steam and condensate piping in the plant. It also replaced associated piping in the tunnels and Cramer Hall.
