Joseph C. Blumel Hall is a nine-story, L-shaped, student residence with two parking levels surrounding the Saint Helens Building. Blumel Hall consists of one-bedroom units and includes student lounge space and resident parking. This upgrade re-piped the domestic water line, replaced the roof, the roof top HVAC units, installed new fire alarm panel, installed energy efficient lighting in the units, improved parking lighting, updated the room finishes and made other enhancements.
