The Space Request Process begins with a department or unit submitting an online or print Space Request Form to the Campus Planning Office. All space request forms must be approved by the appropriate Dean, Director or Vice President.
Once a request has been received by the Campus Planning Office, a staff member will contact the requestor to set up a meeting to gather additional information to prepare a Space Allocation Proposal for the Space Allocation Committee.
The Space Allocation Committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month. To be added to the Space Allocation Committee Agenda, a Space Request Form must be submitted to the Campus Planning Office at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
Request a space on Campus
To request a space on campus, complete the online or print space request form and send into the Campus Planning Office. Once the Campus Planning Office receives and reviews the request, someone will contact the requestor to set up a meeting.
