Retail tenant build out project for the Green Zebra grocery store. Project includes exterior facade improvements such new glass canopies along Broadway, painting of existing canopies, and new storefront screen along Mill Street. Interior improvements include new ceilings, soffits, and restrooms as well as improvements to the existing parking area such as new bicycle storage.
