2/2024
- Monday the 26th of February beginning at 10 am there will be noise impacts. Heavy machinery will be in use as part of the King Albert Demo project, the goal of which will be to relocate a data service box in the KNGA lot. This work should be complete in one day.
1/2024
- Backfilling of soil is expected in late February after Parkway and Harder House backfilling is completed
- Backfilling is expected to take 2 weeks
12/2023
- Backfilling of soil will begin in January
- Landscape design in progress
11/28/2023:
- Backfilling of soil is expected in late February after Parkway and Harder House backfilling is completed
- Backfilling is expected to take 2 weeks
- Temporary fencing will be removed and pedestrian access will be opened on SW Montgomery. Impact Notice
- Backfill: Backfill of the area is waiting for the City of Portland to review. Scheduled dates will be coming soon
- Currently under landscape design
Methods: GDSI will use a combination of heavy equipment and hand-tool removal methods.
