The Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) 2025 Planning Workshop project, "Bridgeless to Better Burnside," was recently selected by the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) for the 2026 Neville A. Parker Memorial Award in Policy and Planning at the Graduate Level.
The project team members were MURP students Michael Azierski, Brian Bill, Eric Gasper, Alex Gill, Jackson Morrison and Michel Rojas. Read more about their project here.
CUTC annually recognizes outstanding transportation students, faculty and leaders for their accomplishments in the field of transportation research and education. MURP Workshop students received the CUTC award most recently in 2024. The project team was officially honored at the CUTC Awards Banquet in Washington, D.C., on January 10, 2026.
