Horst publishes report on community-based responses to food insecurity during pandemic

Associate Professor Megan Horst published a report with student co-authors Huijun Tan and Megan Grzybowski entitled "Perspectives from Frontline Organizations in the Portland Metro Region On Addressing Food Insecurity During the Covid-19 Pandemic." The research was supported by the Institute of Portland Metropolitan Studies (IMS) Metropolitan Engaged Research Initiative (MERI) program, and was presented at an IMS convening on January 27, 2023.
