Employee Parking Permits

Annual Permit Options

Billed monthly via pre-tax payroll deduction(varies by employee classification). Permit must be clearly displayed and used by one registered vehicle at a time.

How to Purchase

All permits can be purchased in-person at the Transportation Office.

NEW! Part-Time Flexible (PTFlex) Parking Permit

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new Part-Time Flexible (PTFlex) permit for Faculty and Staff! This pilot program was created to better support employees with variable schedules, while still providing the benefit of a pre-tax payroll deduction.

What is PTFlex?

The PTFlex permit provides a set number of on-demand parking days each week for a flat monthly rate.
Each permit includes a QR code linked to our partner platform, PayByPhone, where your digital wallet is managed. When parking on campus, simply scan the QR code and enter your details. One daily session will then be deducted from your weekly balance.

3 days/week: $132 per month
4 days/week: $147 per month

Available in-person at the Transportation Office.

Vanport Building Employees

OHSU staff occupying the Vanport Building are eligible for PSU parking permits at affiliated faculty/staff rates. To purchase a permit at the affiliated rate, please fill out our Vanport Request Form, we will process your request within 1-3 business days. You can find term and billing information in the form description.

PCC employees working in the Vanport building, please contact Steven Cummins (steven.cummins@pcc.edu) for information on how to obtain a subsidized parking permit.

Foundation Permits

PSU Foundation Employees, please complete the Foundation Purchase Form to purchase your permit.

Accessible Parking

Accessible/disabled parking spaces are available in all parking lots and structures operated by PSU. Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.

Returns

Parking permits must be returned in person by the 10th of the month to avoid a full monthly charge.

Returns after the 10th incur a non-refundable payroll deduction.
Charges are based on possession, not usage.
Returns made between the 1st and 10th will incur a partial monthly fee, payable in person or billed to your University account.

All account information, including name, contact, license plate, permit history, citation history, and account balances, are kept private by PSU. This information is only used for business purposes and is not disclosed to individuals other than the account holder. A valid account number, license plate, or citation number must be provided to obtain any of the information listed above or information deemed private to the account by PSU staff.

NOTE: Each driver uses PSU's parking facilities at their own risk and responsibility.
