Vanport Building Employees
OHSU staff occupying the Vanport Building are eligible for PSU parking permits at affiliated faculty/staff rates. To purchase a permit at the affiliated rate, please fill out our Vanport Request Form, we will process your request within 1-3 business days. You can find term and billing information in the form description.
PCC employees working in the Vanport building, please contact Steven Cummins (steven.cummins@pcc.edu) for information on how to obtain a subsidized parking permit.
Foundation Permits
PSU Foundation Employees, please complete the Foundation Purchase Form to purchase your permit.
Accessible/disabled parking spaces are available in all parking lots and structures operated by PSU. Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.
Returns
Parking permits must be returned in person by the 10th of the month to avoid a full monthly charge.
- Returns after the 10th incur a non-refundable payroll deduction.
- Charges are based on possession, not usage.
- Returns made between the 1st and 10th will incur a partial monthly fee, payable in person or billed to your University account.
