This Portland Rides E-Bike Rebate Program prioritizes access for Portland low-income communities. It is designed to support a cleaner and more equitable future through affordable electric transportation.
PSU Bike Hub will be accepting vouchers for new E-Bikes. We are stocking 2 models that qualify but may be able to special order additional models.
