Service Drop Off
Bring your bike into the shop anytime. We will evaluate the bike, and call, text, or email you with an estimate of cost and turn-around time. Depending on the work needed, we can often turn repair jobs around within 1-3 days. After you've dropped your bike off, we'll be in touch with an estimate for service and timeline. All estimates are done by our lead mechanic and every bike gets checked over before it leaves the shop.
E-Bike Service Policy:
For non-members, we limit our service to E-bikes with Bosch or Shimano mid drive motors (exceptions for flat fixes). If you are a member, we'll do our best to help you with any type of bike.
Scooter Service Policy:
Sorry, we do not service any scooters.
