Starting with the 2027 commencement, the Student Sustainability Center is now managing the Regalia Loan Program to support Portland State University graduates. By providing free loans of graduate gowns and caps, this program aims to reduce barriers for students experiencing financial hardship in purchasing graduation attire while advancing campus sustainability through reuse.
How to Access Regalia Loans:
Request details and application instructions for the upcoming commencement season will be posted here in early 2027. Please check back later for updates. Inventory is limited and includes gowns and caps only. Tassels, sashes, and hoods are not provided. See the PSU regalia webpage for comprehensive information about commencement regalia.
How to Donate Regalia
Help keep commencement affordable and sustainable for future PSU students! If you own regalia you no longer need, consider donating it to the SSC Regalia Loan Program at the following methods.
