Open Enrollment is MANDATORY for Everyone

October 1-31 2026

You must log in to www.pebbenroll.com and make your selections during open enrollment. This includes:

Even if you’re not making any changes
Enrolling or re-enrolling in a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Enrolling as a new hire
Adding or dropping a dependent
Updating your surcharge answers, personal information, or beneficiaries
If you opted out of benefits last year

The Insurance Claim and Flu Shot Consent Form is required for employees who wish to bill insurance for their flu vaccination.

For those without insurance, a $40 charge will be due at the time of service payable via cash or check.
