Overview:
Portland State University's Homelessness Research and Action Collaborative (HRAC) worked with Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) to develop a statewide estimate of sheltered and unsheltered homelessness in Oregon for the years 2022 and 2023. The project drew on multiple data sources including Point-in-Time counts, Housing Inventory Counts, and school district data. This is a continuation of the 2021 Statewide Homelessness Estimate work with OHCS.
